Experience as an Executive Coach
I’ve been working as an Organisational Development consultant since 2000 and as an executive coach since 2004. I work with clients from the top and middle management, as well as the senior expert level across most industry sectors. I have considerable experience in supporting leaders in organisational change processes, in dealing with crises and in building communities of committed individuals and teams.
Business and Organisational Experience
I worked for several years in various HR positions before switching to consulting. My experience as an HR expert and internal OD consultant of a large corporation and later as HR manager of a small company provided me with valuable insights into various business and organisational environments. I was Business Development Leader at our consulting company (Neosys, Hungary’s leading coaching company) for 8 years and now I am Managing Partner in charge of business development, project management, quality and people development. Being the leader of a small team of consultants and a functioning company is giving me business management and leadership tasks on a daily basis.
Experience in Psychology and People Development
I have a degree in psychology (I’ve specialized in counselling and organisational psychology). I’ve been helping and supporting people in their efforts to improve and become a better professional and a better person using different approaches and methods of psychology and psychotherapy. Besides understanding businesses and organisations, I regard ‘psychological culture’ as one of the most important resources of an executive coach.
Essentials of my Practice as an Executive Coach
I work in a client centric approach based on humanistic and positive psychology and integrated with a pragmatic, efficiency-oriented mindset. I am good at connecting personal development goals and processes to business and professional aspirations. My style is empathetic but straightforward. I value and stimulate clear decisions and action. I deeply believe that change and improvement is achievable only by courageously trying out new behaviours outside of our comfort zone.
Mindfulness
I’ve been practising meditation for more than a decade and mindful presence is one of my strengths. I help my clients improve their physical, mental and spiritual health and find their balance by directly teaching them mindfulness techniques and a way of thinking that reinforces open, curious and accepting presence in their professional and personal lives.
