My approach to my coaching and supervision practice

Will is an experienced leadership and team coach with over 10 years’ success at coaching senior leaders and teams to develop their capability and optimise their impact.  He is also a coach trainer with a specialism in equipping ogranisations with the coaching culture they need to realise their ambitions.

After 7 years of 1:1 executive coaching, Will expanded his coaching training in 2019 with an MA in Coaching Psychology, focusing on team coaching in businesses wanting to flatten their structure and get beyond the bottlenecks.  He now supports the development of leaders and teams in for-profit organisations who recognise the need to shift to more socially and environmentally mindful ways of working for both the good of the planet and the benefit of their own community.

Will has developed a model of coaching that celebrates  authentic leadership and a diversity of styles, and leads his own coaching consultancy, ‘W th’, that ‘helps team ecosystems thrive on purpose and benefit everyone’.

Will is also deeply committed to cultivating greater inclusion and belonging as vital for ecosystems to thrive, and has been a certified professional executive coach with APECS since 2019.
