I coach across the private and public sector and supervise coaches up to Master Executive Coach level alongside facilitation and team coaching. I am a retained coach for several organisations such as the NHS (selected twice nationally to work with top leaders), financial services, HAYS Group, Carnival, UK Sport and leading universities. I also supervise coaches and supervisors internally and externally, individually and in groups internationally. I also manage coaching for organizations, ensuring added value and learning through feeding back themes from leadership interventions.
I first started coaching in 2004, as an internal coach in the BBC, and have studied extensively, alongside delivering 3400+ hours of coaching and 1500+ hours of supervision. I have a book published on supervision (October 2018) published articles, co-authored book chapters, and have 2 more books commissioned.
