About my Practice

I am a Master Executive Coach, with a unique background of over 30 years working in Occupational Health nursing and management. I am passionate about the value that coaching can bring to both individuals and to organisations.

I have an integrative approach to my Executive Coaching, incorporating multiple approaches and influences. I am flexible and can bring in the relevant approach for the issue at hand.

My coaching is holistic, person-centered and client-led.  I believe that each client has unique resources within them to fulfil their potential and to achieve their goals.  I work with my clients to enable them to build their self-awareness and I help clients discover and harness their strengths and talents.

I provide a safe and non-judgmental reflective space for my clients, somewhere that they can do their best thinking.  My expertise in building emotional resilience is hugely beneficial for my clients and I often share useful tools with my clients to use in their work and everyday life.

I work with Senior Leaders and their teams, to support them to:

  • Transition successfully into new roles

  • Become the leader they want to be

  • Understand their purpose and values

  • Understand their strengths

  • Promote the resilience and wellbeing of their team

  • Manage and balance work/life pressures

  • Be productive and effective in their roles

 

If your organisation is going though change, I am accredited to support you to use the psychometric Engage tool.  This tool assesses growth mindset and attitude to change, and it can be used with individuals or groups/organisations. This approach gives a relevant and helpful focus to the coaching conversations.
