Co-authored paper on Leadership of Turbulence for Drucker Memorial Conference in Vienna and Leadership of Resilient Organisations for Association of Business Psychologist’s book Psychology in Action.

20+ years management and consulting experience with leading PLC’s, Public Sector organisations and consultancies, including Cap Gemini a leading global consultancy. Previous business career in the Health Care, Aviation, Food/FMCG and Professional Services sectors working as a Human Resources professional in organisations undergoing major change.
