I possess an energetic style, balancing support with healthy challenge to enable coachees to achieve their full potential. I am warm, honest, clear and constructive in my approach which is at the heart of my coaching style. It’s a style that not only helps me to build confidence and trust in others quickly, it also means I can help clients identify the right course of action to achieve results. This, together with my extensive experience of working at the most senior level of HR, enables me to make an instant connection – and a lasting impact.
Solutions-focused, I offer both directional and non-directional coaching that’s reflective of your environment and I adopt tools and techniques to support your coaching journey. I can help you gain clarity and unpick what’s important. And I work with you in a safe, secure, and non-judgemental way to identify and understand the changes you need to make to achieve your goals. I strongly believe that for any coaching experience to have a lasting impact, it must take into consideration your individual drivers as well as those of the organisation you work for. I also help clients to prioritise wellbeing and balance in order to achieve peak performance.
