Experience as an Executive Coach
Bringing a breadth of commercial experience working with Executives from FTSE100 businesses, Professional Services Firms, SMEs, Entrepreneurs, National Charities and other diverse organisations. Working both within organisations and with private clients always at a senior executive board level in areas such as personal resilience and wellbeing, transition coaching, career coaching, team coaching and developing leadership stance. Keeping the tension between reflection and action within the coaching relationship. She has designed, developed and run transformational development interventions and is accustomed with diverse clients and working in multi-cultural environments.
Sarah specialises in a variety of psychometrics - when they provide an added value and greater insight to the process and client. She is energetic, pragmatic, commercial, value-based, goal-focused and a keen advocate for individuals and the teams she coaches. Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, fully accredited with the British Psychological Society, a certified NLP practitioner, a licensed HeartMath provider with a Masters in Coaching and behavioral change from Henley Business School with the University of Reading.
