Experience

Thus far, I have coached executives for 25 years & supervised coaches for 10 years. I bring enthusiasm, wonder, curiosity, humour, lightness of touch and also a forensic fascination, a passion for multiple perspectives & a wide range of experience across cultures, countries, organisational sectors & diversity.

Accredited as an Executive Coach in 2007, I have worked with Multi National Corporations, the NHS, Local Government & Not-for-Profit organisations.

I am an Executive coach support specialist for the UK Sport World Class Elite Programme.

I train Advanced Coaches for ILM accredited qualifications in liaison with UWE.

Organisational Experience

I am the proud recipient of several industry National Training Awards & an individual National Training Award for my work across sectors in coaching, training, supporting Leader as Coach & Internal Coach development programmes & supervising internal coaches. I teach, mentor, coach & support executive coaches & supervisors through I.L.M training programmes in association with Bristol Business School.

Practice

I also have a private coaching practice:my portfolio takes me throughout the UK, Europe & also the USA.

I work with new leaders; developing the person who is the leader & enhancing leadership skills & perspectives, integrating role & identity.

I work with aspiring talent looking to develop specific abilities or awareness.Also with individuals at pivotal life or career moments, defining personal Mission & Purpose &/or Hero's Journey life transitions. I believe that coaching creates an environment in which you can explore & achieve the changes you want to make, not to turn you into someone else, but to support & enable you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.I use accelerated learning & a broad range of approaches in all my work.

Qualifications & Training

Bachelors degree in tailored learning environments from the University of Warwick. Certified Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling Facilitator. NLP Master Practitioner, Organisational Health Practitioner. Diploma in Business English as a foreign Language.

As a Clean Language Facilitator, NLP Master/Business & Organisational Health Practitioner, I love to work with language & metaphor as representative of what we don’t know we know! I trained in Supervision for coaches and therapists & favour the 7 Eyed Model. Standing alongside supervisees as we discuss their work, I enjoy utilising various approaches to best serve my clients.

Coaching & Supervising Strengths & Styles

I employ Depth Psychology, Accelerated Learning principles & use a Soul Centric approach to the work of supporting others to be the best version of themselves they can be; meaning that I pay attention to growth & learning from the inside out, respecting your unique journey & where it’s taking you in addition to from the outside in (using the external circumstances of your practice as a tool to develop resources & knowledge).

About my Practice

Although my practice takes me across Europe & countries beyond, it is based in the South of the UK, specifically covering London, the west, east & the coast. I work face to face, by phone & also on SKYPE. Your journey is unique to you. My approach is to serve as a witness to you, that journey & to challenge & support you on it, to maximize learning, recognise resources, develop flexibility, confidence & appropriate self-trust, to create conditions for your own growth & that of your clients.

I hold a NTA (National Training Awards) individual regional award "in recognition of my contribution to client achievements of outstanding organisational & individual successes through the most broad & extensive range of client interaction & support the judges had ever seen":

I am a qualified Sign Language Communicator for deaf people. I'm committed to using a wide & flexible range of communication styles to suit each unique individual.I run nature based retreats in the Sahara desert using Depth Psychology & Soul Centric principles to honour the deepest level of human connection with ourselves & the world.

I am a long distance runner & triathlete with representative honours: endurance & high performance are fundamental to everything I do.
