Tom is a coaching specialist and has been working in the field of people development since 1998.
He is also a professional expedition leader having trekked and led development projects all over the world. Examples include living in the jungle of Belize for 9 months, snow tracking wolves in Poland, camel trekking in the Sinai desert, building a school in India and renovating a Tibetan monastery in Nepal.
He is a highly sought-after master practitioner executive coach, supervisor, and team coach, and delivers accredited training in all three disciplines.
Tom partners with coaching leads in organisations, supporting them in developing internal coaching capacity and developing coaching cultures.
His flagship coaching certification programme has been adopted as the go-to training course for organisations wishing to train their managers to adopt a coaching style of leadership.
Tom is also a member of the board of Governors for “1772” a grant-making trust dedicated to the successful rehabilitation of ex-offenders. Outside work, Tom is a keen modern jive and blues dancer. He lives in the Blackdown Hills in Devon and spends as much time as possible outside.
