I coach the founders, leaders and teams of organisations committed to creating innovative solutions that make a difference, whilst building more justice, equity and inclusion into their spheres of influence.  I coach leadership and team evolution through transformational learning experiences, growing self-awareness and deepening insight to unlock whole system change.

I am a certified professional executive coach with over 10 years’ experience of coaching visionary leaders to realise their goals.  I also equip organisations to upgrade their ways of working by training and supervising change agents with coaching skills to more effectively develop the potential of those around them.

After 6 years working to unlock human potential within education, in 2012 I completed a certificate in coaching, and started a coaching practice in Bristol, coaching pioneering CEOs and directors determined to bring the power of their teams to achieve social and environmental change. 

As the resident coach at a psychometric profiling provider, I coached a range of leaders in how to integrate more diversity into teams, identifying strengths for more collaborative, agile, inclusive team culture.
