The Middle East is experiencing a rapid growth in executive and team coaching.
In founding the APECS Middle East Community in Dubai, we are keen to create a space for experienced professional executive coaches and those with a relevant professional role, which includes an interest in coaching, to come together to form a vibrant community of practice. We will be hosting regular meet-ups of like-minded peers to explore and get curious about issues arising in their own and others’ practice. The goal is the creation of a safe yet challenging community to advance the development of the field of professional executive and team coaching in the region.

The Americas - Lilian Abrams

“In the Americas, my focus has been to identify prospective new Americas-based members, and help them connect with APECS, including Accreditation and acquiring a “buddy” to assist them through the process. I am connecting anyone interested to our open events and plan to do a webinar session myself in Fall 2022, on the topic of “Working with Difficult Clients”!

Similarly, knowing that Team Coaching has been gaining popularity in the Americas, I just recently suggested that our experienced APECS Team Coach accreditors put together and share their own learnings on effective Team Coaching in a live forum, given their relatively extensive experience in Team Coach Accreditation over years’ time.

This is something that I understand very few other professional coaching associations aside from APECS have, and will be a great thought-leadership contribution to the worldwide coaching community."
